a Walk to Perfection

1. NOT think about food, forget about those things that you poison your body, hate! damn things full of calories (todoooo, whoooole has calories and makes you climb like a pig, except the water) Hence:

2. Drink plenty of water.

3. Starts to consume 500 calories per day, the fewer commas better! Count the number of calories you consume per day. I assure you that the third day you will see changes.

4. You have much much exercise, run, jump, clean your house, get the dog spends all those calories that you have inside your body ... I mean pork.

5. Go to bed as soon as possible, do not get hungry, do not think you spend on food and calories. FUN FACT: It has been scientifically proven that women who do not sleep enough, are likely to gain more than if you get enough rest (more than 7 hrs. I think as min).

6. Do not buy junk food, if those parents that you love, chocolate donuts, that your favorite flavor ice cream, OLVIDATEEEE OF ESOOOOOO, better save to buy nice clothes (which by the way now you will be) or something you always wanted and could not comprartelo at the time. (No money, no to buy poison).

7. Spend your free time informing you of friends' (related to ana and mia).

8. Stay busy.

9. Set goals for yourself and Reward (Obviously no food).

10. Echale something to your food, something you do not like soap, so even if you wait to eat that delicious steak full of fat you can not do.

November. Find out how many calories each food has, to have if you continue eating so much ...

And if you do not resist the urge, there is still a way out: Wait burps and Aguantate start running to the bathroom and open your mouth, your tongue out, introduce your fingers (if they fit) until the "little tongue" and press (not too hard) then you will start to drool and remembers things that give you muchisisimo disgust (your bikini) and if you took enough water will be even easier.
